Finosquare is a loan advisory and facilitation firm. We assist clients in identifying suitable loan products and coordinating with banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not provide loans directly.

2. Eligibility & Approval

Loan eligibility, approval, interest rates, tenure, and terms are solely determined by banks or NBFCs based on their internal policies and applicant credentials.

Finosquare does not guarantee loan approval.

3. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any misrepresentation may result in rejection or cancellation of the loan process.

4. Fees & Charges

Any advisory or processing fees, if applicable, will be communicated clearly in advance. Banks or NBFCs may levy separate charges as per their policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of FINOSQUARE REALTY & LOAN ADVISOR LLP and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Finosquare shall not be liable for:

  • Loan rejection by banks/NBFCs

  • Changes in interest rates or lending policies

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Financial losses arising from reliance on information provided by lenders

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
